l used to hate cooking. Until 2016, I had never cooked anything other than burnt rice and instant ramen. I made the mistake of going vegan around that time and shortly after, it was no surprise when I had to stop for health reasons.

After equipping myself for years with the nutrition and cooking skills I needed, I went vegan again in 2020 and have been going strong ever since. Today, my mission is to share my knowledge to make vegan cooking accessible and fun.
